چکیده | ||
استفاده از تیم در سازمانها به منظور بهرهمندی از همافزایی موجود در کار تیمی و همچنین ایجاد ظرفیت جهت تطبیق هرچه بهتر سازمان با محیط، روندی است که در دو دهه اخیر شتاب فزایندهای به خود گرفته است. با درک این مهم این پژوهش با هدف تاثیر کیفیت زندگی بر اثربخشی تیمی با نقش میانجی خشنودی شغلی صورت پذیرفت. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان شهرستان نهاوند در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 است که از بین آنها 377 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه استاندارد کیفیت زندگی کاری، اثربخشی تیمی و خشنودی شغلی استفاده شد. داده های تحقیق پس از جمع آوری با استفاده از نرم افزارهای آماری Lisrel وSPSS تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر کیفیت زندگی کاری و خشنودی شغلی بر اثربخشی تیمی مثبت و معنی دار می باشد، همچنین مشخص شد که تاثیر کیفیت زندگی کاری بر اثربخشی تیمی با نقش میانجی خشنودی شغلی مثبت و معنی دار می باشد. | ||

Abstract Using the team in organizations to benefit from the increase in teamwork and also creating the capacity to better adapt the organization to the environment, is a process that has gained momentum in the last two decades. Understanding this important, this study was conducted with the aim of influencing the quality of life on team effectiveness with the mediating role of job satisfaction. The research method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population includes all teachers in Nahavand city in the academic year 2016-2017, from which 377 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method. The standard questionnaire of quality of work life, team effectiveness and job satisfaction was used to collect information. Data were collected and analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation model in Lisrel and SPSS statistical software. The results showed that the effect of quality of work life and job satisfaction on team effectiveness is positive and significant. It was also found that the effect of quality of work life on team effectiveness with mediating the role of job satisfaction is positive and significant. | ||
