| چکیده | ||
| خانواده یکی از مهم‌ترین نهاد‌های اجتماعی است که نقش مهمی در رشد فردی، تربیت و سلامت روانی افراد جامعه دارد. کیفیت روابط زوجین و احساس رضایت از زندگی مشترک یکی از عوامل اساسی تحکیم نظام خانواده می‌باشد. از این رو هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش‌واسطه‌ای سازگاری زناشویی در رابطه بین بهزیستی معنوی و سخت رویی روانشناختی با رضایت زناشویی بوده است. پژوهش حاضر به شیوه همبستگی و از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کارکنان متاهل شرکت های دانش بنیان شهرک علمی و تحقیقاتی اصفهان در سال 1402 بود که 303 نفر از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از مقیاس رضایت زناشویی انریچ (1989)، بهزیستی معنوی پولوتزین و الیسون (1982)، سخت‌رویی روانشناختی کوباسا (1992) و سازگاری زناشویی اسپینر (1976) استفاده شد. سپس داده‌ها از طریق نرم افزارهای آماری SPSS و AMOS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بهزیستی معنوی، سخت‌رویی روانشناختی و سازگاری زناشویی با رضایت زناشویی رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارند (01/0P<). هم‌چنین بررسی مدل‌یابی ساختاری نشان داد که بهزیستی معنوی و سخت‌رویی روانشناختی با میانجیگری سازگاری زناشویی بر رضایت زناشویی تأثیرگذار است (05/0P<). بر این اساس، ارتقای بهزیستی معنوی و تقویت روحیه سرسختی در زوجین می‌تواند به افزایش سازگاری و رضایت زناشویی آنها کمک شایانی نماید. | ||

| The family is one of the Crucial societal institutions that plays a significant role in Individual growth, upbringing, and psychological well-being within society. The quality of marital relationships and the sense of satisfaction with marital life are Vital factors in strengthening the family system. Hence, the aim of this study was to Investigate the mediating role of marital adjustment in the relationship between spiritual well-being, psychological hardiness, and marital satisfaction. The current study was carried out using a correlational method through structural equation modeling. The research population included all married employees of knowledge-based companies in the Science and Technology Park of Isfahan in 2023, from which 303 individuals were selected through convenience sampling. To collect data, the following instruments were employed: the Enrich Marital Satisfaction Scale (1989), the Spiritual Well-Being Scale by Paloutzian and Ellison (1982), the Psychological Hardiness Scale by Kobasa (1992), and the Marital Adjustment Scale by Spanier (1976). The data were then analyzed using SPSS and AMOS statistical software. The results showed that spiritual well-being, psychological hardiness, and marital adjustment were positively and significantly related to marital satisfaction (p<0.01). Additionally, structural equation modeling analysis Showed that spiritual well-being and psychological hardiness, with the mediating role of marital adjustment, significantly influenced marital satisfaction(p<0.05). According to these results, enhancing spiritual well-being and strengthening psychological hardiness among couples can significantly contribute to Improving marital adjustment and satisfaction. | ||
