| عناصر شهری به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌های کلیدی در طراحی فضاهای عمومی، نقش مهمی در زیباسازی، تقویت هویت محلی و انتقال ارزش‌های فرهنگی-اجتماعی دارند و می‌توانند به نشانه‌های شهری و هویتی تبدیل شوند. این پژوهش به بررسی کاربرد خط و نوشتار در طراحی این عناصر و تأثیر آن‌ها بر زیبایی‌شناسی، هویت‌بخشی و کارکردها می‌پردازد. سؤالات اصلی پژوهش عبارتند از: 1) خط و نوشتار چگونه در طراحی عناصر شهری به کار رفته‌اند؟ 2) تفاوت‌های کارکردی عناصر شهری برگرفته از خط و نوشتار ایرانی و بین‌المللی چیست؟ روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی است و از روش تطبیقی برای مقایسه فرم بصری و محتوای آثار استفاده شده است. داده‌ها از طریق مطالعات میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای جمع‌آوری شده و جامعه آماری شامل دوازده عنصر شهری از مناطق مختلف ایران و جهان است که در طراحی آن‌ها از خط و نوشتار بهره گرفته شده و حداکثر تنوع فرمی و محتوایی را دارند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که در آثار ایرانی، خطوط سنتی مانند نستعلیق و ثلث، بازتابی از هویت فرهنگی هستند، اما خوانایی آن‌ها برای مخاطبان غیرایرانی محدود است. در مقابل، آثار بین‌المللی از رویکرد مینیمال و مدرن بهره جسته و بر خوانایی، تعامل با مخاطب و مفاهیم جهانی تأکید دارند. نمونه‌های داخلی اغلب کارکرد نمایشی-بیانی دارند، در حالی که نمونه‌های بین‌المللی به کارکردهای عملکردی-تعاملی تمایل بیشتری نشان می‌دهند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که خط و نوشتار، در ترکیب با طراحی خلاقانه، می‌تواند نیازهای زیبایی‌شناختی، فرهنگی و عملکردی فضاهای شهری را برآورده کند و به تقویت هویت شهری و ارتقای کیفیت فضاهای عمومی کمک کند. | ||

| Urban elements, as key components in the design of public spaces, play a significant role in beautification, strengthening local identity, and conveying cultural-social values, and can become urban and identity symbols. This research examines the application of script and writing in the design of these elements and their impact on aesthetics, identity creation, and functionality. The main research questions are: 1) How have script and writing been used in the design of urban elements? 2) What are the functional differences between urban elements derived from Iranian and international scripts and writings? The research methodology is descriptive-analytical, utilizing a comparative approach to evaluate the visual form and content of the works. Data were collected through field and library studies, with the statistical population consisting of twelve urban elements from various regions of Iran and the world, which incorporate script and writing in their design and exhibit maximum diversity in form and content. Findings indicate that in Iranian works, traditional scripts such as Nastaliq and Thuluth reflect cultural identity but have limited readability for non-Iranian audiences. In contrast, international works adopt a minimalist and modern approach, emphasizing readability, interaction with the audience, and universal concepts. Domestic examples predominantly serve representational and expressive functions, while international examples lean more toward functional and interactive roles. The results suggest that script and writing, when combined with creative design, can fulfill the aesthetic, cultural, and functional needs of urban spaces, contributing to the enhancement of urban identity and the quality of public spaces. | ||
