| چکیده | ||
| شرکت‌ها با هدف ارزش‌آفرینی بیشتر و افزایش سهم خود از بازار با یکدیگر رقابت می‌کنند و یکی از الزامات موفقیت در بازار رقابتی، استفاده کارا و اثربخش از منابع شرکت می‌باشد که به توانمندی و عملکرد مدیریت شرکت بستگی دارد؛ مدیریت کارآمد، توانایى استفاده بهینه از منابع موجود را در فرآیند تحقق اهداف سازمانى دارد. علاوه بر این، ویژگی‌ها و شایستگی‌های مدیریتی می‌تواند امکان به‌کارگیری بهینه راهبردهای متناسب با هر کدام از مراحل چرخه عمر شرکت را فراهم کند. بر این اساس، در پژوهش حاضر تأثیر ویژگی‌های مدیریت بر کارایی سرمایه‌گذاری شرکت‌های فعال در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بررسی شده و نقش تعدیلی چرخه عمر شرکت بر این رابطه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. از نظر هدف، نوع پژوهش کاربردی است؛ از نظر جمع‌آوری داده نیز جزو پژوهشهای توصیفی- همبستگی محسوب می‌شود. برای انتخاب حجم نمونه رویکرد غربالگری به‌کار گرفته شد که در نهایت 152 شرکت بین سال‌های 1396 تا 1401 (دوره زمانی شش‌ساله) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش، از تحصیلات مدیرعامل، دوگانگی وظیفه مدیرعامل، جنسیت مدیران و تجربه مدیرعامل به عنوان ویژگی‌های مدیریت استفاده شده است. به منظور آزمون فرضیه‌ها با به‌کارگیری داده‌های تابلویی و روش برآورد اثرات ثابت از رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. نتایج مطالعه حاضر در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد نشان داد تحصیلات مدیرعامل و تجربه مدیرعامل بر کارایی سرمایه‌گذاری شرکت تأثیر معناداری دارند و چرخه عمر شرکت این روابط را تعدیل می‌کند؛ اما در حالی‌که دوگانگی وظیفه مدیرعامل و جنسیت مدیران بر کارایی سرمایه‌گذاری شرکت تأثیر معناداری دارند، چرخه عمر شرکت تأثیر بااهمیتی بر این روابط ندارد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش می‌توان گفت، همه ویژگی‌های مدیریتی مورد بررسی بر عملکرد شرکت، موفقیت آن و ارزش شرکت تأثیر دارند، اما شدت اثر برخی از آن‌ها در چرخه عمر شرکت تعدیل می‌شود. | ||

| Companies compete with each other with the aim of increasing value and their share of the market, and one of the requirements for success in the competitive market is the efficient and effective use of the company's resources, which depends on the ability and performance of the company's management; Effective management has the ability to optimally use available resources in the process of achieving organizational goals. In addition, management characteristics and competencies can provide the possibility of optimal application of the desired strategies with each of the stages of the company's life cycle. Therefore, in this research, the effect of management characteristics on the investment efficiency of companies listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange has been investigated, and the moderating role of the company's life cycle on this relationship has been considered. From the point of view of the purpose, this research is applied, and from the point of view of the data collection method, it is a descriptive-correlational research. Also, in order to select the sample size, a screening method was used, and finally 152 companies were analyzed in a six-year period (2018-2023). CEO's education, CEO's dual task, managers' gender and CEO's experience have been used as management characteristics. To test the hypotheses, multivariate regression has been used using panel data based on the fixed effects estimation method. The results of the study at the 95% confidence level showed that the CEO's education and experience have a significant effect on the company's investment efficiency and the company's life cycle moderates these relationships; But while the dual role of the CEO and the gender of the managers have a significant effect on the company's investment efficiency, the company's life cycle does not have a significant effect on these relationships. | ||
