چکیده | ||
سرطان سینه عامل اصلی مرگ ناشی از سرطان در زنان است. غربالگری ماموگرافی میتواند در پیشگیری و تشخیص زودهنگام سرطان سینه کمک کند. در افزایش نرخ انجام غربالگری ماموگرافی متغیرهای متعددی دخیل هستند از این رو هدف از پژوهش حاضر تغییر نگرش، هنجار ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری ادارک شده و سازه خودکارآمدی ماموگرافی به منظور ایجاد قصد و رفتار غربالگری ماموگرافی با استفاده از یک برنامه مداخله ایی در میان زنان بود. از میان 300 زن در بازه سنی 40 تا 60 که به مرکز بهداشت ناحیه 1 و 2 شهر اراک مراجعه داشتند بر اساس نمره دریافتی در پرسشنامههای تئوری رفتار برنامه ریزی شده و خودکارآمدی ماموگرافی، 30 زن انتخاب شدند و به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم گردیدند. گروه ازمایش 3 جلسه آموزشی دریافت کرد (هر جلسه 60 دقیقه). در اخر پسآزمون برای دو گروه اجرا شد و شرکت کنندگان طی دو ماه از لحاظ انجام ماموگرافی پیگیری شدند. مطابق با نتایج بعد از مداخله، تغییرات معناداری در گروه آزمایش در خودکارآمدی ماموگرافی، نگرش، هنجار ذهنی، کنترل رفتاری ادارک شده، قصد و رفتار غربالگری ماموگرافی به دست آمد. همچنین گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل تغییر معناداری در نمرات متغیرها نشان داد. به طور کلی پژوهشگران میتوانند سازه خودکارآمدی ماموگرافی را در کنار مدل تئوری رفتار برنامه ریزی شده به همراه متغیرهای دموگرافیک به منظور ارتقای رفتارهای مربوط به سلامتی به کار ببرند. | ||

Breast cancer stands as the leading cause of cancer related mortality in women. Mammography screening can improve prevention and early detection of breast cancer. increasing of rates of mammography screening includes different variables. So the purpose of This article changing Attitude, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavioral Control, and mammography self-efficacy construct in order to increase intention and behavior of screening mammogram by an educational intervention in women. Among the women referred to the health centers of 1 and 2 areas in Arak, 300 women (40 – 60 year old) answered Mammography Self-Efficacy Scale and planned behavior theory questioner. Then 30 women were selected and divided into two groups of experimental and control. Experimental group received 3 sessions of training (60 minute in per session). then post test had performed for two groups and participants were followed up for mammography in two months. After the intervention, significant changes were detected in the intervention group in Mammography Self-Efficacy, attitude, Subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, intention and behavior of mammography during the time and experimental group compared to the control group showed significant difference in the scores of variables. Researchers may want to include self-efficacy mammography in addition to the TPB and other demographic characteristics in future applications to improvement health behavior. | ||
