چکیده | ||
اگر منابع انسانی را بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین منابع سازمان بدانیم، استفاده از دانش افراد سازمان میتواند مهمترین بهره از منابع انسانی باشد. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال بررسی تأثیر جوسازمانی مشارکتی بر اشتراک دانش با نقش تعدیلی انگیزش ذاتی و استقلال شغلی در استادان خانم دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی است. روش پژوهش حاضر، ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و برحسب روش، پژوهشی توصیفی ـ پیمایشی است. نمونه آماری پژوهش 97 نفر از استادان خانم دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی هستند. پایایی و روایی ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از آزمونهای پایایی ترکیبی، ضریب بارهای عاملی، آلفاکرونباخ، روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا اندازهگیری شدند. دادههای حاصل با استفاده از smart- PLS و SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج پژوهش نشان دادهاست که جوسازمانی مشارکتی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر اشتراک دانش استادان خانم دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی دارد. انگیزش ذاتی بهعنوان متغیر تعدیلگر اثر جوسازمانی مشارکتی بر اشتراک دانش را تعدیل میکند، اما استقلال شغلی بهعنوان متغیر تعدیلگر، اثر جوسازمانی مشارکتی بر اشتراک دانش را تعدیل نمیکند. با عنایت به نتایج این تحقیق، پیشنهاد میشود دانشگاهها انرژی خود را در بهبود آن دسته از مؤلفههای جوسازمانی مشارکتی صرف کنند که بر اشتراک دانش تأثیر دارند. | ||

Considering humans as one of the most important resources of the organization, using their knowledge is of high value in every organization. The current study considers the effect of cooperative organizational atmosphere on sharing knowledge with the moderating role of intrinsic motivation and job autonomy in female professors of Allameh Tabataba’i University. The study is a descriptive survey on 97 female professors of Allameh Tabataba’i University. Reliability and validity of the research tool were tested using factor loading, Coronbach’ alpha, composite reliability, face validity, convergent validity, and divergent validity. Data was analyzed using SPSS and Smart-pls. The results of the research showed that the cooperative organizational atmosphere has a considerable positive effect on knowledge sharing of the faculty members of Allameh Tabataba'i University. The intrinsic motivation has a moderating role in the relationship between cooperative organizational atmosphere and sharing knowledge, while Job autonomy doesn’t play any role in moderating the relationship between the cooperative organizational atmosphere and knowledge sharing. | ||
