چکیده: هدف از این پژوهش تلاش برای بهبود درک ویژگیهای فردی مؤثر بر رفتار کارآفرینان آموزشی است. چراکه مطالعات نشان میدهد که ویژگیهای کارآفرینی در حوزه مختلف باوجود مشترکاتی که دارند میتواند متفاوت باشد. این پژوهش بر مبنایی هستیشناسی تفسیرگرایانه و با رویکرد کیفی انجامشده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کارآفرینان آموزشی شهر تهران است که مؤسسات و نهادی نوآورانه در حوزه آموزش تأسیس کرده یا اقدامات کارآفرینانه درزمینه ی آموزش انجام دادهاند. پس از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 11 کارآفرین آموزشی اشباع نظری به دست آمد. نتایج پژوهش ویژگیهای فردی مؤثر بر رفتار کارآفرینان آموزشی را در سه مقوله اصلی دستهبندی شده است؛ ویژگیها و نگرشهای شخصی از قبیل داشتن انگیزه و دغدغه مندی برای بهبود آموزش، هدفگذاری ،خلاقیت و نوآوری، خطرپذیری، داشتن قوه تخیل قوی و درعینحال واقعگرایی، داشتن روحیه نقادانه است؛ همچنین تواناییها و مهارت همچون رهبری و مدیریت آموزشی، توانایی طراحی آموزشی، توانایی نیازسنجی و شناخت مخاطب آموزشی، داشتن تجربه کار در حوزه آموزش؛ توانایی مذاکره، مهارت بازاریابی، مهارت جذب سرمایه و تأمین مالی، مهارت جذب افراد و گروه سازی، مهارت شبکهسازی، توانایی مسئله شناسی و حل مسئله اشاره دارد. دانش نیز شامل آگاهی از قوانین و مقررات آموزشوپرورش، اهداف آموزشوپرورش، شناخت و آشنایی قوانین مربوط راهاندازی کسبوکار جدید، داشتن دانش مرتبط با علوم آموزش است. | ||

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the understanding of individual characteristics affecting the behavior of educational entrepreneurs. Because studies showed that the characteristics of entrepreneurship in the various areas of commonality is vary. This research has been based on a semantic ontological and qualitative approach. The statistical population of the research is the educational entrepreneurs of Tehran, which have established innovative institutions in the field of education or have undertaken entrepreneurial activities in the field of education .the gathering of information is semi-structured and interviewed with 11 sophisticated educational entrepreneurs. The result of research showed that the individual characteristics affecting the behavior of entrepreneurs in three main categories: personal characteristics and attitudes such as having motivation for educational development goal setting, creativity and innovation, risk taking, having strong imagination and, at the same time, be realism, having Critical morale; also abilities and skills such as leadership and educational management; educational design ability need analysis and understand the educational goal ability; have a work experience in the field of education; the ability to negotiate; marketing skills; fundraising skills, networking skills, Problem-solving identification and solving that problem. knowledge also include awareness of the rules and regulations of education, the goals of education, the recognition and familiarization of the laws related to the creation of a new business, the knowledge of the educational science. | ||
