| بررسی چگونگی تقابل فرهنگ‌ها در ترجمه گفتار تعارف‌آمیز با تأکید بر ترجمه فرانسوی داستان مهمان مامان، اثر هوشنگ مرادی کرمانی فریده علوی [1] سویل زینالی [2] تاریخ دریافت: 5/8/89 تاریخ تصویب: 29/10/92 چکیده ادبیات هر ملت، محملی برای شیوه‌های گوناگون بیان است و یکی از این شیوه‌ها که برای ایجاد تعاملی شایسته مخاطب به‌کار می‌رود، گفتار تعارف‌آمیز است که نوع و شیوه‌های ارائه آن در هر زبان، با زبان دیگر، متفاوت است و افزون‌بر آن، این شیوه گفتار، نمایانگر ویژگی‌های اجتماعی، فرهنگی و مذهبی ملت‌ها نیز هست؛ بنابراین، حفظ این ویژگی‌ها در برگردان این گفتار از زبانی به زبان دیگر، یکی از مشکلاتی است که مترجمان همواره با آن، مواجه می‌شوند؛ زیرا بسیاری از منتقدان و نظریه‌پردازان حوزه ترجمه، معتقدند ترجمه‌پذیری یا ترجمه‌ناپذیری متن ادبی، با توانایی مترجم در انتقال عوامل فرازبانی، از‌جمله واقعیت‌های فرهنگی و باورهای یک ملت، ارتباطی تنگاتنگ دارد. یکی از آثار ادبی و داستانی فارسی که در آن، استفاده از گفتار تعارف‌آمیز در‌چهارچوب آداب و رسوم ایرانیان، به‌خوبی تصویر شده، داستان مهمان مامان، اثر هوشنگ مرادی کرمانی است که در سال 2007 میلادی، ماریبل باهیا آن را به زبان فرانسه ترجمه کرد. در این مقاله، مسائلی همچون چگونگی برگردان گفتار تعارف‌آمیز با توجه به ضرورت انتقال ابعاد فرهنگی موجود در اثر با تأکید بر نظریه‌های ژرژ مونن، تأثیر شناخت عوامل فرازبانی در ترجمه‌پذیری اثر، انتقال و تعامل‌های فرهنگی ناشی از برگردان اثر، و چگونگی رفتار مترجم با پیچیدگی‌های زبانی و معنایی این شیوه گفتار را در ترجمه فرانسوی این داستان بررسی کرده‌ایم. واژه‌های کلیدی : ترجمه، گفتار تعارف‌آمیز، تقابل فرهنگی، هوشنگ مرادی کرمانی، ماریبل باهیا. One such method utilized to create an appropriate transaction, befitting the addressee is Ta’aroff (Complimentary) discourse".Beyond the differences in type and manner of presentation of this kind of discourse in different languages, is the way it represents social, cultural and religious characteristics of nations. Consequently, preserving these features in translations form one language to another is one of the problems continuously encountered by translators. Many of the critics and theoreticians of the science of translation believe that the ability or inability to translate a literary text is closely related to the translator’s ability to convey trans-lingual factors, including cultural realities and beliefs of a nation. A Persian literary narrative which has finely delineated the utilization of complementary discourse within the framework of Iranian customs and traditions, is the story Mummy's Guest (Mehman-e maaman), by HoushangMoradiKermani, translated into French by Maribel Bahia in 2007. The manner of translating complimentary discourse considering the necessity to convey inherent cultural dimensions in the work, with specific stress on the theories of George Mounin , the impact of acknowledging trans-textual factors in the ability to translate a text, conveyance and cultural transactions ensuing from the translation of the text, the manner of the translators encounter with linguistic and meaning complexities of this kind of discourse, are among the problems evaluated and discussed in the present study.
