| چکیده | ||
| هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر حضور مدیران زن در هیئت مدیره بر سطح مالی‌شدن شرکت‌هاست. همچنین این مطالعه به بررسی نقش میانجی عملکرد زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی و حاکمیت شرکتی در رابطه بین مدیران زن و میزان مالی‌شدن شرکت ها می پردازد. روش: به منظور دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، نمونه‌ای برابر با 121 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی بازه زمانی 1396 تا 1401 معادل 726 سال- شرکت، با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه مبتنی بر داده‌های ترکیبی مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. یافته‌ها: یافته ها نشان داد که افزایش مدیران زن در هیئت‌مدیره به‌طور قابل‌توجهی مانع از مالی‌شدن شرکت می‌گردد. همچنین یافته‌ها نقش میانجی عملکرد زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی و حاکمیت‌شرکتی بر رابطه بین حضور مدیران زن و مالی‌شدن شرکت را تایید کرد. نتیجه‌گیری: حضور مدیران زن در هیئت‌مدیره، می‌تواند سطح مالی‌شدن شرکت را کاهش -دهد. همچنین بهبود عملکرد زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی و حاکمیت‌شرکتی تاثیر منفی مدیران زن بر سطح مالی‌شدن شرکت را تقویت می‌کند. در واقع با حضور مدیران زن و سرمایه‌گذاری و اختصاص بخشی از منابع شرکت‌ها در مسائل زیست‌محیطی، اجتماعی و حاکمیت شرکتی میزان مالی‌شدن شرکت‌ها تنزل می‌یابد. این مورد می‌تواند هم به دلیل کاهش منابع در دسترس باشد و هم به دلیل افزایش نظارت خارجی بر شرکت. دانش‌افزایی: به طورکلی، این مطالعه روشی موثر برای کاهش ریسک مالی‌شدن شرکت ها از منظر ساختار حاکمیت داخلی شرکت ارائه داده و ادبیات رفتار اقتصادی زنان در حاکمیت شرکتی را توسعه می‌دهد. | ||

| Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the presence of female managers on the board of directors on the level of company financialization. Also, this study examines the mediating role of environmental, social, and corporate governance performance in the relationship between female managers and the level of financialization of companies. Method: In order to achieve the goal of the research, a sample equal to 121 companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange during the period from 2017 to 2023, equivalent to 726 company-years, was analyzed using multiple regression analysis based on composite data. Results: The findings showed that the increase in female managers on the board of directors significantly hinders the company's financialization. Also, the findings confirmed the mediating role of environmental, social, and corporate governance performance on the relationship between the presence of female managers and company financialization. Conclusion: The presence of female managers in the board of directors can significantly reduce the companies financialization. Also, the improvement of environmental, social and corporate governance performance strengthens the negative effect of female managers on the financialization of the company. Contribution: In general, this study provides an effective way to reduce the risk of financialization of companies from the perspective of the company's internal governance structure and develops the literature of women's economic behavior in corporate governance. | ||
