چکیده | ||
سازمانهای امروز برای موفقیت نه تنها باید به محیط بیرونی سازمان بنگرند، بلکه بایستی کارکنان، شهروندان، همه آدمیان و همه طبیعت این کره خاکی را بهعنوان اعضای خود بدانند. توجه به مسائل اجتماعی مستلزم ایجاد ساختارهای لازم در سازمانها و پایهگذاری فرهنگ جامعه دوستی و کلینگری است. بسیاری از محققان بر اهمیت تعهد سازمانی در جهت افزایش مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان تاکید نمودهاند. به همین منظور، هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی نقش تعهد سازمانی کارکنان بر مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل کلیه کارکنان اداری سازمان مرکزی حفاظت محیطزیست تهران (200 نفر) میباشند. جهت تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده شد که حجم نمونه 132 حاصل گردید و در نهایت، 126 پرسشنامه به دست محقق رسید. با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS و PLS3 آزمونهای مورد نظر بر روی دادهها صورت گرفتند. نتایج حاصل نشان میدهد تعهد سازمانی کارکنان تاثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر مسئولیت قانونی، مسئولیت اخلاقی، مسئولیت اقتصادی و مسئولیت ملی دارد و ضرایب مسیر هریک از متغیرها نیز نشان از برازش و تایید اجزای مدل دارند. تعهد سازمانی کارکنان با ضریب مسیر 43/0 بر مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان تاثیر دارد. با توجه به نتایج فوق در نهایت، تاثیر تعهد سازمانی کارکنان بر مسئولیت اجتماعی مورد پذیرش قرار گرفت. | ||

Abstract To be successful today, organizations must not only look at the external environment of the organization, but also the employees, the citizens, all the people and all the nature of this planet as their members. Paying attention to social issues requires creating the necessary structures in organizations and establishing a culture of sociability and holism. Many researchers have emphasized the importance of organizational commitment in increasing corporate social responsibility. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational commitment of employees on social responsibility of the organization. The statistical population of the present study includes all administrative staff of the Central Environmental Protection Organization of Tehran, whose number includes 200 people. Morgan table was used to determine the sample size. The sample size was 132 and finally 126 questionnaires were obtained by the researcher. Using Spss and PLS3 software, the desired tests were performed on the data. The results show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on legal responsibility, moral responsibility, economic responsibility and national responsibility. According to the above results, the impact of organizational commitment on social responsibility was finally accepted. | ||
