چکیده | ||
هدف این مطالعه آشنایی با پیامدهای تورم نمره در آموزش عالی و راهکارهای مقابله با آن با روش پژوهش کیفی پدیدارشناختی است. شرکت کنندگان در این مطالعه شامل 23 نفر از اعضای هیأت علمی تمام وقت و پاره وقت دانشکدههای مختلف دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی بودند که طی فرآیند مصاحبه در این مطالعه مشارکت کردند. روش گردآوری دادهها، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود که پس از انجام مصاحبه و از طریق کدگذاری، مضامین مرتبط با پیامدهای تورم نمره و راهکارهای مقابله با آن استخراج شدند. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده 16 پیامد گسترش تورم نمره، تحت 3 مقولهی سازماندهندهی آسیبهای اجتماعی، آسیبهای سیستم آموزشی و آسیبهای فردی، با 15 راهکار مقابله، تحت 2 مقولهی سازماندهندهی تغییرات و اصلاحات کلان و تغییرات و اصلاحات خرد قابل کنترل هستند. | ||

The purpose of this study is to get acquainted with the consequences of grade inflation in higher education and strategies to deal with it using phenomenological qualitative research method. The participants of this study included 23 full-time and part-time faculty members of different faculties of Allameh Tabataba'i University who participated in this study throughout the interview process. The data collection method was semi-structured interviews , and the data was analyzed after the interview by coding where themes related to the consequences of grade inflation as well as the strategies to deal with it were extracted. According to the results, 16 consequences of the expansion of grade inflation under 3 organizing themes of social harms, harms to the educational system and personal harms can be controlled using 15 dealing strategies under 2 organizing themes of major changes and corrections as well as minor and personal changes and corrections. | ||
